2. Shipment address

By default, the products are shipped to the shipment address you stipulate when you place your order.

4. Shipment lead times and methods

All lead times announced on the website are in working days. The lead times are the averages for the processing, preparation and shipment of your order (from warehouse). They start as soon as the order is processed.

Each order will be shipped within 48 hours. In addition, you should add the carrier’s delivery time which, depending on the country of destination, varies between 7 and 14 working days after your order.

Each order is shipped in one consignment. For orders of more than 500 SenseBall, we reserve the possibility of splitting the order into several shipments at no extra cost to the customer.

Orders are sent by carrier with tracking. You are automatically informed by e-mail that your order has been received together with your tracking number.

5. Shipment incidents

Please let Yumecamping.com know about any problems encountered with the delivered product (for example: damages to packing, package open...) within 48 hours of receipt. You can ask for a replacement or a refund as stated in our Money back guarantee.
